It consists of extruder, mould, forming machine, cutting machine and other components. Adopting PLC control system and Siemens numerical control technology, it can produce pipes with specifications from DN200mm to DN1200mm.

PE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line
This production line manufactures pipes through a twin-screw co-extrusion structure and closed vacuum forming process, with corrugated outer wall and smooth inner wall. Extruders are available in two types: single-screw (for HDPE) and conical twin-screw (for PVC). The modular track adopts a sandwich design to improve replacement efficiency.
The pipes feature high external pressure resistance, a temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃, and acid & alkali corrosion resistance. They can accommodate uneven foundation settlement during construction. The products are applied in water supply, drainage, road construction and tunnel drainage. Thanks to the ring stiffness design, raw material consumption is reduced by 30%～50% compared with solid-wall pipes.
