The production line could produce 1-40mm thickness and 1220-3000mm width as per your request.Our machine could achieve single-layer and multi-layer board and the board surface could be embossed according to different patterns.The processed material could be both virgin material and recycled material.

Production Line Introduction:

1.Mixer&Loader

Spiral loader with mixer;

Optimized spiral design to avoid the material stuck;

Stainless steel material with the feature of anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion.

2. Single Screw Extruder

Optimized exhaust-type screw with the feature of high output and better plasticization;

Heavy-duty gearbox suitable to achieve big torque and long lifetime;

Siemens motor,ABB inverter,Schneider contactor,Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen.

3. T-Die

P20 high quality mould steel which is suitable for plastic board extrusion;

Equipped with hydraulic screen changer and gear pump to achieve stable extrusion;

Could produce ABA or AB multi-layer plastic board.

4. Three-roll Calender

Alloy steel roller with the feature of long lifetime;

Optimized internal water circulation channel to reduce the roll temperature difference and ensure the board thickness uniform and even.

5. Cooling Bracket

Long cooling bracket to achieve full natural cooling and it is more beneficial to the thicker board;

Equipped with online slitting knives

6. Haul-off unit

Heavy-duty reducer to achieve high pulling force and the hauling speed could be adjusted with the three-roll calender synchronously or individually;

Online protective film lamination device mounted.

7. Cutter

High-precision fix-length cutting ,controlled by Siemens PLC control system

Alloy steel cutting saw ,dust collector is mounted
