Vacuum calibration sleeve

The principle of vacuum calibration casing for tubes is based on vacuum adsorption method, which is mainly used for cooling and forming.

After squeezing the tube out of the filter, the temperature is high and it easily degenerates. The calibration casing creates a differential pressure between the inner tube cavity and the wall surface, whereby the outer surface of the pipe is adsorbed to the inner wall of the calibration casing, thus maintaining the accuracy of the external diameter and shape of the pipe. Water is supplied through holes in the calibration casing, ensuring that the pipe in the calibration casing is cooled evenly.
