Vacuum calibration box

1.  The vacuum chamber creates negative pressure inside the pipe by vacuum, while the external atmospheric pressure contributes to the formation of the pipe, ensuring dimensional stability and rounding. The multi-stage cooling system and spray cooling function accelerate pipe cooling and increase production efficiency.

2.  A fully automatic negative pressure feedback control system is used to automatically adjust the vacuum pump speed, maintaining a constant negative pressure and ensuring energy saving. The system is simple to operate, reduces manual intervention and increases the degree of automation of production.

3.  Made of stainless steel, has a unique centralized design of the entrance and exit openings, as well as silencer, which reduces noise and prolongs the life of the equipment.
