Production process:
The entire production line is a continuous assembly line consisting of:
Blast cleaning and rust removal from the outer wall of the steel pipe -- medium heat -- polyurethane foam -- high-density polyethylene wrap ---- cooling and molding -- end treatment -- sealed section of the pipe
Major equipment:
Blast cleaning line for external walls of steel pipes and rust removal
Use a blast machine to remove rust, oil stains, etc., from the surface of a steel pipe to guarantee the surface purity and adhesion strength between the polyurethane foam and the inner wall of the steel pipe.

Extrusion winding line PC
The hdpe material is wrapped in a spiral on the surface of a polyurethane insulation layer with a certain pre-tension force and Angle, and the hdpe layer is rolled by a sealing traction device to guarantee complete melting of the layers without bubbles and gaps, creating a complete and solid protective shell.

Cooling and moulding device
The finished insulated pipe enters the cooling water cooler for cooling, so that the melted mould of the mpa can be quickly cooled and formed to ensure its stable geometric shape.

Treatment of pipe sections
Use special cutting equipment to neatly cut the reserved parts of the steel pipe at both ends, exposing the joints of steel tubes of standard length to facilitate subsequent construction and welding.
