This equipment USES a mechanically operated blast cleaning process to remove oxide layers, rust, welding slag, etc., from the outer wall of the steel pipe, which allows the surface of the billet to retain the original color of the metal and acquire a certain roughness, which improves coating adhesion. In addition, it eliminates residual surface stresses arising from cutting, welding, moulding and other processes and improves the fatigue of the billet, thus meeting the requirements for corrosion resistance of the outer wall of the steel pipe. The machine has a pipe cleaning function of various specifications and diameters and is widely used to treat the outer surface of steel pipes in such industries as boiler equipment, tap water, oil industry, natural gas, ports, docks and bridge piles.
