This equipment applies epoxy powder coating to the inner surface of cleaned steel tubes. One steel pipe is placed on a rotating production line and a powder dispenser is inserted into it. Medium frequency heating is used for simultaneous heating and powder spraying. Powder spraying is based on high voltage electrostatic spraying. Due to the high voltage electrostatic spray (80 kv), the powder coating is uniformly applied to the inner surface of the steel pipe, forming an anti-corrosion protection layer.
