Detailed Product Information

PP/PE  and PVC raw materials are melted and extruded by the extruder. The plastic melt goes through the die to the corrugator to form the corrugated profile. After cooling and sizing, the single wall corrugated pipe is hauled and finally coiled by the coiling machine.

Equipment Composition: Vacuum loader & drying hopper, extruder, die head, mandrel, die sleeve, forming machine, winder, customized mould.

Applicable raw materials: PE, PP and PVC.

Production speed: 20-40kg/h, stable mass production at 25–30m/min.

High forming efficiency: The forming machine features a large cooling area and rapid cooling. Gear-driven molds operate at high speed with higher stability and faster line speed.

Vacuum Loader &Single Screw Extruder

The vacuum loader automatically transports plastic raw materials into the hopper by vacuum suction. It saves manual feeding work, keeps the production environment clean, and ensures stable and continuous material supply for the extruder.

The single-screw extruder is the main power unit of the corrugated pipe line. It melts and plasticizes PE, PP or PVC raw materials evenly under controlled temperature, and extrudes the molten material steadily to the forming machine. Equipped with reliable frequency conversion drive, it features stable extrusion and easy operation.

Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Forming Machine

Double-station Winding Machine

This double-station winding machine is the final unit of the small-diameter single wall corrugated pipe production line. It automatically winds finished corrugated pipes into neat coils. With two winding discs for alternate working, it realizes non-stop continuous winding. The winding tension is adjustable, which keeps the pipe coil tidy and avoids pipe deformation. It features simple operation and stable running, convenient for storage and transportation of finished pipes.
