Board Application:

It is widely used in the filed of air purifier filter,truck and trailer body,Kitchen counter and cabinet,decorative panel

PP honeycomb core board features low weight,high stiffness and flat surface.After combining with non-woven fabric,the board could be laminated with aluminum sheet,FRP sheet,CFRP sheet and ABS/PVC sheet and other skins via PU or epoxy glue.

Production Line Introduction:

1. PP Honeycomb core extrusion line

1. Adopts specially designed single screw extruder and calibration system,that could ensure even thickness and uniform diameter of honeycomb core tube. 

2. The water tank is made of stainless steel 

3. Equipped with servo motor for tractor and cutter to achieve high-accuracy dimensions.

4. The production line speed could reach 400m/min maximum 

5. Siemens motor,ABB inverter,Schneider/Siemens contactor,Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen.

2. Oven

1. Functions: 

Efficient Drying and Curing: Applied in the production of honeycomb panels (aluminum, PP, etc.) for adhesive curing, coating drying and panel shaping, so as to guarantee stable honeycomb-structure performance and bonding strength. 

Uniform Heating: Adopting hot- air circulation or infrared radiation technology to achieve even temperature distribution on both the surface and interior of panels, preventing deformation orcracking. 

2. Technical feature:

Precise Temperature Control: PID intelligent temperature- control system with temperature tolerance≤ ±1℃. Adjustable temperature range: 80- 200 ℃ to satisfy diverse process requirements. Energy-saving Design: Multi- layer thermal- insulation structure plus waste- heat recovery function for reduced energy consumption and improved thermal efficiency. 

Flexible Adaptability: Customizable dimensions and heating modes, compatible with honeycomb panels of various specifications (e.g. length: 3- 6 m, width: 1- 2 m).

3. PP honeycomb slicing machine

Adopting precision blade or saw blade design, it delivers high cutting accuracy and smooth, burr-free cuts. It guarantees edge quality of panels and is suitable for panels with high precision requirements. Smoke- free and dust- free cutting, meeting environmental standards. Concealed cutting design reduces operation hazards for personnel safety.

4. Nonwoven fabric laminating machine

1.Functions

Rapid Lamination: Bond honeycomb core materials (aluminum, PP, etc.) with face sheets (metal, plastic, board materials) via gluing or hot- pressing processes to produce high-strength sandwich panels. Multi- material Compatibility: Compatible with aluminum sheets, PVC, wood panels and other materials to meet application requirements for construction, transportation, furniture and other sectors. 

2.Technical features:

Intelligent Control: The PLC system precisely regulates temperature and pressure to guarantee uniform lamination and lower reject rate. High Efficiency & Energy Saving: Fast heating plus energy-saving design shortens production cycles and cuts energy consumption costs. High- precision Forming: Precision roller pressing technology ensures flat panel surface with thickness tolerance ≤ ±0.1 mm.
