PU TPU Plastic Pipe Production Line

 PU and TPU raw materials are melted and extruded by single-screw extruder. The melt flows through die head for shaping, then goes through cooling sizing and haul-off to make flexible hoses.

This line produces high-performance PU/TPU flexible tubes. Finished hoses feature great flexibility, wearresistance and oil resistance, with optional custom colors.

The pipes are widely used for pneumatic tools, air supply and fluid transportation. The complete line includes feeding system, extruder, die head, cooling tank, haul-off and coiler. It runs stably and is easy to operate. Customization is available.

1.Single Screw Extruder

1.1 Specially designed screw&barrel for PU TPU material to achieve optimum plasticization.

1.2 Equipped with vacuum loader and drying hopper.

1.3 Siemens motor,ABB inverter,Schneider&Siemens contactor,Siemens PLC or Omron temperature controller,

high quality electric components to guarantee stable running and long lifetime 

2.Extruder Die Head

This precision die head is specially customized for PU & TPU pipe extrusion. It can evenly melt and extrude raw materials to form smooth tubular blanks. With high-precision flow channel design, it ensures uniform wall thickness of PU/TPU tubes and stable extrusion quality. It is widely used to produce flexible hoses for medical equipment, pneumatic tools and fluid transportation.

3. Cooling Water Tank

This cooling water tank is designed for PU & TPU pipe extrusion lines. After the molten material is extruded from the die head, the pipe blank enters the water tank for rapid cooling and solidification.

It helps stabilize the pipe shape, improve roundness and dimensional accuracy, and ensure consistent product quality. The tank is suitable for producing flexible PU/TPU hoses used in medical equipment, pneumatic tools and fluid transportation.

4. Haul-off Machine

As a key unit of the PU pipe extrusion line, this haul-off machine firmly clamps the extruded pipe and pulls it forward steadily through the cooling tank. Its pulling speed is synchronized with the single-screw extruder. It maintains constant tension to avoid pipe stretching or buckling, ensuring stable dimension, uniform wall thickness and good surface quality of finished PU air hose. The belt pressure is adjustable to fit different pipe sizes.

5. Winding Machine

It automatically winds finished PU pipes neatly at a set speed, matching the haul-off speed. It keeps consistent coiling tension to prevent pipe distortion and makes finished coils tidy for easy storage and transportation.

Product Characteristics

It features excellent flexibility with a small bending radius, good shock resistance and light weight. It has a wide range of operating temperature and working pressure. Boasting outstanding chemical performance, it causes minimal pressure loss. It maintains stable hardness and offers a long service life.
